Returns Policy

If your product is damaged or not in the same condition, as described on our website, we will gladly exchange it for an alternative or issue a refund. In these cases, return shipping will be arranged at our expense.

In case of an incorrect item being sent out item must be returned in new condition with all the contents as was originally received to qualify for an exchange, if the item is damaged or used  it may incur an extra 30% restocking fee. Return shipping will be arranged at our expense.

In cases of change of mind, we will accept returns as long as the item purchased is in its original packaging and condition. The return postage will need to be paid by the buyer and the original delivery charge will be deducted from the refund amount.
